NY public education is just a collection of fiefdoms, people in other states don't put up with the provincialism which dominates so much of NY.

I love how the articles about this topic include the claim that higher enrollments are an issue. Where, in NY, are higher enrollments in public schools an issue??? Certainly not Upstate.
