We already have legalized prostitution - it's called Marriage.
However, marriage is a bad business deal, especially for men. What other endeavor would you risk over half of your hard-earned assets in exchange for a verbal promise of forever?
Women all have a price tag. It's just negotiating the difference between the bid and the ask. Some come at a premium, some at market, while others are on sale or even deeply discounted for clearance. One thing is certain - money sure is one powerful aphrodisiac!
To succeed at marriage women have to work fast before their ASSets sag away!
If, after you’re married, you don’t change to please your new bride, she can fabricate a story to get you kicked out of your own home. Then go to ‘Family’ Court to sue you, and get an unending income stream, keep the house, the car, and the kids, and even make you pay for all the legal fees!
But 'love' and marriage really drive the economy. All the money spent on dating, the booze, the dinners, the diamond ring, the wedding, the honeymoon, the house, the cars, the children, the minivan, then the medications, the therapists, more booze, and finally the divorce and attorneys. The result is two households and the cycle starts again.

So let me get this straight; if a female wants to rent herself out to have a child, *that* Cuomo and others think is fine and dandy. But if another just wants to rent herself out purely for sex that is somehow evil?

Dating is another form of legal prostitution. But they ultimately all forms of prostitution will be legal.
To me selling yourself for money is no different than getting married or dating so you don't have to hold a job and pay bills..
This isn't just a thing in the US either.. EU has it's "jewelry makers" and mall wives too..
