Not surprised, especially for the ones who want to become home owners sooner than later in life. It's also a nice alternative for those who want to remain closer to their hometown/family and still have job opportunities available to them. At least that's what happened for me personally. We wanted more job opportunities yet still wanted to be close to family. Which is why we moved from the North Country to Rochester. Both of us now have good jobs and own our own home.
