Some people aren't informed and don't know there are two warring factions of Chinese. The CCP and the free Chinese. This paper is put out by the free Chinese who want to take down the CCP which has compromised via blackmail many prominent people in our government, corporations and media.

Maybe you should learn to read... I didn't say it was a Chinese government nor any faction within China.. I said a Chinese national. I am a citizen of the US thus a US national. That doesn't imply any membership with any political group within the US and it certainly doesn't mean I am a government entity.
