What are these "IBB" stores? (New York, Syracuse: groceries, business)

There are also two more (Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and Troy), but they don't seem to have "IBB" on their buildings according to the latest street view data.
Probably, but I’m not sure how. Many owners of the corner stores in Upstate cities are many times Middle Eastern, but again I’m not sure if that is the connection.

They seem to be convenience stores/deli/corner stores/bodegas. You can get some basic groceries, cigarettes, Lotto, stuff like that. Not exactly a outside the mainstream business model in NY.
