What is Upstate's general opinion of Andrew Cuomo?
Obviously Downstate has a lot of crazies, but there is a good amount that think Cuomo is a nutjob. This just makes me wonder about who is voting for these wackos like AOC, DeBlasphemy, and Cuomo.
I know Rep and dem is broken up by rural vs urban. Even small urban tends to vote dem like Buffalo, Rochester, while rural trends Republican.
Big city libs love him.
Everyone else? Probably not so much.

Historically, Downstate thinks whatever Gov is all about Upstate and doesnt care about the City. At least that's what I ve always heard since the 80's.
