I had a DWI in NY on Feb 2020, which was concluded on April,2021 with the sentence of 6 month of License suspension/revocation and some huge fines. Fines were paid on time. My license revocation and suspension time was over by last year November,2021. I am currently in OHIO state. Now i am trying get a driving license in OHIO but they are not able issue me because my driving status in NY state.
Is there any one who can tell what to do next to remove license revocation status in NY? I have gone through NY DMV website but not clear only submitting forms and fees will be sufficient for the same?
I had a discussion with a lawyer earlier. I will check with them also. Thanks for the info.
