"Lately, Charlie Webb has had to get to work early — he was there at 5 a.m. on Thursday — just to make dough.

Webb owns and operates Hudson & Packard pizzeria in Poughkeepsie and, in recent days, he’s been dealing with two problems, on top of any lost sleep:

1) He can’t seem to make enough pizza each day to avoid selling out by closing time.

2) Customers keep asking for a recipe not found on the menu.

That’s because last month his special creation, the "Holé Molé," was judged as the second-best pan pizza in the world at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas."
