This is part of the reason the Dems win most of the time in NY, the unions back them and the Dems know they won't lose elections no matter what they do, even releasing violent criminals on the streets with no bail, they will get elected anyway. Between the illegals in the Bronx and released criminals, I go out as little as possible so I don't get victimized.
The same groups that voted for DeBlasio and Eric Adams will turn out in force to vote for Hochul. So, NYC voters will once again carry the day. With the same sort of consequences we saw with DeBlasio and now Adams. With the added bonus that Hochul’s scope of damage, as Governor, will be wider.

Exactly. In fact you have to ask, why are government employees almost all unionized? I thought unions were created to protect employees from ruthless bosses?
Also, notice how any building project that involves taxpayer money mandates prevailing wages? That money just goes round and round from union pockets to democrat pockets.
Unions are not suppose to use union dues for political parties you don't believe in, but that's a laugh.
