Way to go NYS. Raise those taxes, impose green agenda, let the criminals loose. Are they intentionally trying to destroy the state?

Almost everything they do now is anti citizen. The goal is to destroy Capitalism and the middle class. NY is well on it's way. Just in Buffalo, there is the government built and paid for Tesla and Athenex (Dunkirk) plants.

Are you referring to incentives or NY State actually built those plants? I think you are really referring to the prior, which occurs in states across the country.
