Also don’t forget other mega polluters like china and India. USA going fully green wouldn’t change a damn thing in this world.

As I just said. The media lied about it. They are so into this "climate change" farce, you won't get the truth out of them. I trust those who have lived on the shore their entire life and know that you lower the level of the lake in the fall, to allow for snow melt and spring rains. Now, they leave the level high in the fall, so if it rains in the spring, the lake floods, and the "journalists" have a field day making up fiction.

So, basically, it is a conspiracy by the media, including the Canadian media/residents, which also illustrated that it is a more complex situation. Got it.

Call it what you want, but if you want to believe 3rd hand info from someone with an agenda, over someone that has no agenda, but lives with it daily, fine.

Which is which in this case? I guess the information in the third article I posted is a lie too, right?

I don't know why it was cut out.

If you examine this whole "green" push, none of it makes any sense, other than politically.

Everything changed with the new regulations. When the water level is CONTROLED BY MAN to keep the lake high, there is nowhere for the water to go, but flood private property!!!!!

Again, your need to be right, and have the last answer on everything is a waste of time.

Was it controlled by man(or strictly so) or was it the heavy rain/snow runoff that played a part in the flooding? Especially since there is information that has been provided that it has occurred in the past.

No, but perhaps it is simply having a conversation with someone that provides more information available other than feelings or blaming the government/one party about everything.

These are FACTS, not feelings. In fact, most likely the authors of all your articles most likely are influenced by their feelings.

Here's a little experiment for you:

Fill a glass 3/4 full. That is representative of the lake in the spring pre Plan 2014.
Now add 1/4 cup of water. That is representative of the spring rains and snow melt pre Plan 2014

Now fill the glass to the top. That is representative of Plan 2014 spring lake level.
Now, add 1/4 cup of water. That would equate to the spring rains and snow melt, that are not unusual.

Does that make sense?
