The annoying part is, the cause of all this is due to people reckless behavior. The fact that cases are spiking up now means that people's return normalcy was premature.

We go back to normal life once cases can remain consistently low. The fact that cases are still not consistently low means that we need to continue with precautionary measures like mask wearing, social distancing and staying at home whenever possible. We should've done that for a little bit longer, but people were such in a rush to go back to normal life, like there is no tomorrow.

The cause is also due to unvetted and unvaccinated migrants flowing into NYS non stop.

I never caught Covid on a vacation. I went on vacation in June and didn’t catch Covid because I wore a mask.

I caught Covid back in December because I attended my company’s holiday party and didn’t mask. Lesson learned!
