^No problem and I'll pass along any other information I think of or come across. I will say that if you consider Buffalo or Rochester, I'd say to look at say Allentown or Elmwood Village, among others in Buffalo or the SE Quadrant(perhaps Monroe village and South Wedge in particular) in Rochester. There are other areas that could fit, but in terms of vibe and walkability, those areas would be good fits.
