Ignoring the fact that the late budget is holding up all the school districts and their budgets...... shouldnt there be some punishment to the legislature while having a late budget.. like not getting paid....

Plus why are all these policy decisions and idiotic laws being included as part of a budget....

Nope. And things will only get worse and more screwy as the well continues to dry out.
Billions in revenue leaving the state over the past few years and it’s still happening.
Gov Hitler has said she is concerned and wants to do things to keep people(money) and attract more money but it seems like the opposite is actually happening. They’re still leaving and she’s still concocting stupid nonsense to chase people away.

They are part of the budget so the spineless politicians don’t have to take a stance on individual issues.

And the budget passes..... more for illegals (2.5 billion) and screw over 1/2 the school districts with no increase in aid.
