How long should municipals take? Everyone is ready to close and municipals are not in yet, they were ordered on Feb. 7 it has been 4 weeks and the real estate market isnt even booming, I dont get it. Anyone know how I can speed it up as a seller? My realtor called them but they wouln't budge
