My husband is being stationed at Fort Drum and we are having trouble finding a house to rent that is pet friendly. We have 4 very well behaved dogs and would love to find a house with a fenced yard. We prefer to be within 20-30 minutes of Fort Drum and in a safe neighboorhood. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

My husband is also being stationed at Fort Drum in february. We are also looking for housing off post that excepts pets. I also wanted to know more about pcsing. Do I have to wait for that to go? And how long does it usually take?

I don't think you would have to wait to find off post housing there. I think the only way you would have to wait is if the off post housing is military run housing. I'm sure how long it takes, but here's some information that might help. Fort Drum, NY Housing Relocation Information
