The NYC media brought to my attention the recent abuse of two large dogs that were left tied up in the woods with no food, water, or shelter in this past week, when the temperatures were very low, to die.

How evil can someone be! If this person is ever caught, I hope he/she is severely punished. IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY AND UPSET!
