Basically it is in the northern half of the census block group: Census Block Group 010902-2 in Westchester County, New York

If one goes to the census block level, it gives an idea of the demographics of that area. Some examples: Census Block 010902-2-009 in Westchester County, New York

While more straight middle class, but the Nepperhan/Runyon Heights area of Yonkers is another area that one could consider: Census Tract 001800 in Westchester County, New York

The bigger and more affluent block group in the census tract: Census Block Group 001800-1 in Westchester County, New York

Some history/info: In time, blacks also moved into the suburbs, moderately sized urban centers and growing river cities of the Valley. Freedom did not mean integration, however. As just one example, in the 1920s, land in the Nepperhan neighborhood of Yonkers, now known as Runyon Heights, was sold to blacks because whites didn’t want it, and was naturally separated from white communities.
