Lagrangville is more centrally located. It's an easier drive to Poughkeepsie, Apple Valley, the parkway-more convenient to stores and easier to get to Rt.9. Poughquag is a bit further out-only one store-Stop& Shop. It's a drive to get to just about anywhere. The schools are just as good-I've worked out of them all on that side of the district. Housing is pretty much the same. A mix of older homes and new developments.

Very nice area. I had that run when I drove a school bus for Arlington for the elementary school for those roads one year. Not as busy as other areas. It's also near the town of Unionvale line-the kids there go to Unionvale Middle and Vail Farm-the two newest schools in the district-and they aren't over crowded.

I always think to err on the side of caution with well tests. It's better to have it done right the first time than to get surprises later. You never know what can turn up and it can save you a major problem before you buy a home.
