Yes, check out Adam's blogs on rocklandblogger.com, you will find tons of videos and real estate updates all about the Harbors. It is located right next to Tilcon, the dust and the air is an issue. Haverstraw revitalization is dead, not that it mattered much as Harbors is isolated from Haverstraw. If any kids they will go to Haverstraw schools through grade 12 not just the high school. A lot of the people in Harbors are renters also. mabye you should look into Crystal Hill club. village mill in haverstraw also is nice and the neighborhood isnt bad. but its actually in a neighborhood unlike harbors.
