Plus with Toyota having no Supra that was built to be the Corvette, 300ZX and the Mitsubishi 3000GT Rival and with Mitsubishi pulling out of North America taking the Evo with them and Toyota not wanting to build a car that competes with the LFA when aftermarket support comes out for them it seems that Nissan could have the only true Corvette rival.

The Z was never about huge performance and cutting edge weight loss. It's not meant to be a competitor for a Vette. The Supra blew itself off the map when its price skyrocketed. Neither car was intended to be a world class sports car.

Its a sports car. Trunk space is not a factor. As for the size, I have a 92 Z Car and fit well at 6'3". Have not driven a 350Z or 370Z though...
