Not sure if this fits in this forum but have you ever gotten so mad at someone at a public place or store (like an employee or another patron) that you made a scene and stormed out? What was the situation?

Can't imagine ever doing so. Such a scene doesn't reflect badly on the other person; it just represents you badly.

Very true. Same for a lot of things people still seem to do, though.

I agree with Johnny, and I'm not one for drama, so no I haven't done that.

Maybe they should reconsider doing those things as well.

Being that angry at a stranger is kind of weird. At someone you know, yeah, it's personal then. But at an employee or stranger shopping there? It's really unusual to get that emotional and angry at a stranger.

i once got an 1100 overcharge on my cell bill..

i went down to the closest office- to clear it up

the kid behind the counter had rings all over his face, and had earplugs in

i calmly asked if he could research this to see where the calls came from-someone hacked my number- im on a minimal plan,,because i have an i-phone from work..

he guy said "take a number" and "it'll be a few" before he gets to me,,,,no one else is in the store- now he is talking on his cell to another guy about some video game,,,,

im now almost boiling,,,yet try to be professional...i dont have much time,,,,i just want them to research it..

he's off the phone,,,some other kid comes in the cell phone store,,and they start talking about video games,,,,

directly, i looked at him,,and said,,, i dont have alot of time, can you please help me out"
he said in a dumb-ass sort of way- dont get your conservative tighty whities in a bunch- i said ill be with you...then he starts talking to his buddy again,,,im fuming,,,
someone else enters the store,,,,goes to the back room- i quickly intercept and ask her if she works here,, she said she was the manager,,,,i unloaded on her about this shythead out front....i wrote down my cell number demanded she research wtf is going on and why did i get an 1100 bill
then i left....

I feel you on that one, but in that situation I still think a "scene" is not required. It reflects badly on you, like others have agreed, and it may undermine your credibility and the chances of getting what you want.

If you're taking issue with someone's behavior, it doesn't make sense to misbehave yourself.

I wouldn't call it storming, as I learned the art of deadly calm from my mother, but let's just say that on the rare occasions when making a point with murder in my eyes was warranted and forceful enough to turn a few heads or inspire others to look up from their desks, I received either applause or commentary to the effect of, "That was awesome. He/she had it coming." One person even put it in writing that I was his hero.
