Maternal grandparents both born in 1915; gpa passed away in 1976 and gma in 1999. Paternal grandparents; gpa born during the late 1920's and gma during the early 1930's - both still living and have outlived one of their five children (my dad).
One of my maternal great-grandfathers was around until I was 10-11 years old, he was born during the 1890's.
Paternal grandmother born in 1912. She died in 1969.
Both grandfathers born in 1914. One died in 1994 and the other in 1997.
Maternal grandmother born in 1920 and she's still kickin'.
I also knew two of my great grandparents. One of them was born in 1896 and I was really hopeful that she'd live to see three centuries (1800s, 1900s, 2000s) but unfortunately she died suddenly at age 90 after a fall. She'd been healthy and living alone up to that point. Not sure when the other one was born or how old he was when he died.
