You have a sensitivity and don't read the label before buying something? Especially those "energy" drinks?

In my office it is common to talk about food, but only in positive terms. Such as, "wow, that smells so good." That kind of thing. I know my diet is considered pretty weird and no one has ever said anything bad or critical about it, luckily.
Food is a great conversation piece, most of the time...
I love talking about food. I would say the only thing I hate is when I eat healthier foods and people act like I'm starving myself or some condescending health nut... "You only brought a salad????!!! Are you trying to lose weight or something?~" Um no, I like salad and it's filling...
Don't try to defend or explain your choice to her. It's none of her business! Just say something like "thank you for your concern", and ignore her.
There's a lady in my group at work who is annoying but for another reason. It's more comical than anything. She has to ask questions & comment on anything & everything people eat for lunch....it could be a plain ham sandwich What gets me is she'll come up right behind or beside me and lean over ALL UP IN my personal space and say "OOOOooo......what's THAT??? That smells (or looks) GUuuuuuuddddd!!!!" LOL... so, I guess there's one in every crowd who makes some sort of comment about everyone's food.
