Sorry, but I feel like some of your advice is just feel-good banalities.
I'd say:
1. Watch less television.
2. Spend less time online; don't bother with videos and pictures, especially if posted by strangers. Avoid Facebook, if you can.
3. Be aware of what's going on in the wider world, and decide what causes you consider important.
4. Don't worry about things like people being "negative" or "judgmental."
"Get your head together before you get married - and don't marry that guy you met in college who seemed so passionately in love with you. What he really is, is controlling and paranoid and emotionally (and eventually physically) abusive. Love isn't about the drama of breaking up and then making up."
Oh, and:
"Figure out what personal boundaries are and then put them into place. And remember - you're only responsible for your own actions, and you can't change anyone else."
"There's a big jackpot coming up in the lottery this week. Use these numbers..."
