so for a while now we been saying hi to each other and its been going good we also fist bump and then say bye now i do work for a school but i am not a teacher or anything like that and am 23 male and he a male as well so yesterday i said hi to him and he said hi back and then he wave back with a smile and i did the same thing and then we fist bump and then we said bye. I know we can't have friendships so please don't tell me that i already know that. I am allow to say hi to them. I mean like in a general way not in a dating way just in general. Also he stands there for a sec and we just look at each other for a quick sec.

Fist bumps are a slippery slope and lead to more quickly.

Or he’s a germaphobe and doesn’t want to catch a seasonal virus that you may be a carrier of.

Fist bums, hi, bye... Yes, you are allowed to say hi. Is that a special needs school with some restrictions?

he is a student but it is a middle school but does have a special education department
