Without telling me why (I’ve reached out and she acted as if everything was ok) yet has been secretly been taking on my family and friends as clients (which I find so odd since it’s not related to anything legal, finance, medical). I found out from the family member recently that they’ve been working together.

Am I wrong for feeling angry and confused? this is a friend that I’ve had for over a decade and have known since I was a child. I don’t even know if I want to reach out again cause of the strange mix of feelings, why the disappearing act, then the secrecy with working with my family for months..it all leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

OK...she's been taking on family and friends as clients...is this in competition with you? Like, for example, are you both hairdressers, and she's taking your friends and family clients away from you? If THAT were the case, I can understand why she's not talking to you. She feels some guilt. Not guilty enough to rectify the situation mind you, just guilty enough to shun you.

No we’re not in the same industry which makes it even stranger.

Do you MIND that she's taking on these people as clients? The way you are describing things, it doesn't seem to be a big deal.

No I don’t, I don’t like the secrecy and I’m wondering if it’s worth trying to fix the friendship.

Why would you assume she was supposed to tell you about every client?? Are you angry that your family members didn't tell you?

From the little info you've provided it seems to me that you are over reacting.

Let me guess...is she selling them life insurance? I find people who do that resort to trying to sell to family and friends first.

Or some type of multi level marketing scheme

Isn't the main point that OP's friend has not spoken to her for two months, and shows no inclination to be in contact?

I think you really want some peace of mind you should try to initiate conversation and tackle the issue head-on. You're both adults and should be able to discuss any situation that's troubling.
True friendship won't end so easily
