Co-worker celebrating 25 years with the company. What to give/do?

Employees never got anything at the hospitals where I worked. In fact the last one refused to let you use your vacation days during the summer or over the winter holidays.

I think you are doing more than enough.

Where I worked I got luggage after 20 years. You needed 50 to get a party. Only happened twice.

You could give him a little present for the office. For instance, a beautiful paperweight. Or something cute that's a little jokey.
