No wonder you can only think of two with that line of thinking.

I’m impressed by things like:

integrity - doing the right thing
passion - someone who actively pursues their dreams whether it’s work or a hobby
kindness - contributing positively to themselves and others around them
trustworthiness - someone you can rely on, in it for more than just themselves
strength - someone who rises up in the face of or can overcome adversity and hard times they’ve faced in life.

That was my first thought; being articulate or engaging. Also: charisma. Intelligence (often relating back to "articulate"). Integrity or the lack of it (in terms of negative impressions). Energy. Compassion/empathy.
