what's the difference between chatting with somebody during a cig break and doing it while staring into your monitor?
Nothing! That's the beauty of us all posting! LOL This is how I get through my day with a big ol' grin on my face! Well, maybe it's that "cat that ate the canary" look that everyone says I have - but whatever, this is just like taking a break with your buddies.

Anyhoo, speaking of spinning, I thought I'd try a spinning class once - yepper, lasted the entire time and then couldn't feel my ass for about a week LOL
Incidentally, that was the last spinning class I took. I'll stick to hiking and riding horses LOL
If you had said "a pound's worth of crap", then yes I'd agree.
Usage was very different - no possessive form.
