I suggested this idea in another thread but i want more people to see it. Its a wonderful way to get people over your house to have fun. It seems like a lot of people I meet love Netflix so its pretty easy to get them over.
Last saturday i hosted a Walking Dead marathon. I asked a girl that i barely knew, she was hesitant so i asked her to bring 2 girls and I would ask 2 of my buddies, plus supply some beer, liquor and pizza. (supplied by my buddies of course). They came over at about 5, we laughed, ate , drank and then after that we all went out to the bars together. We plan on doing the same thing again this saturday watching season 2.
I wouldn't go over to a strangers house. This would only work for someone in my social circle or had known for a while. No way would this happen on the first couple of dates. I don't know if you are cuckoo.

I think that's why she was hesitant at first. Once I suggested that she bring her friends then it was cool.

Yeah like Jade said I would only do this with friends or a group I belong too.

A group doing this is more a friend thing than a date thing. Invite a girl to do it alone (bar preexisting friends ofc), and she's going to assume you don't want to spend more than 5-10 minutes actually watching netflix. "Hey let's go watch a movie at my place" isn't an offer to appreciate cinema in a dating context.
