Similiar thing for me. Left a job of 12-13 yrs on good terms with co. and co-workers, seeing them later, most were rather chilly. Possibly resentful that I was taking a new direction in life and moving on, and that they could not.

I would be upset if some of my current coworkers who I am friendly with stopped associating with me if we moved on, especially if there was no obvious reason
