Your post makes you sound like you are about 13. I hae no idea what "in crowd" are you referring to? Of course people seek acceptance from others. Whom they seek it from varies of course, upon the individual. I guarantee that if you have a job, you had better seek acceptance.
I think the in crowd can be if you are in the 7th grade or at work for 10 years...Just a guess...
