Hi all.Just found out a little while ago that our landlord is selling our house.Which means=nowhere to go.No possible way we can afford any increases in rent or whatever else.We have animals so there would be NOWHERE for us to go.Even if we had none a 2 bedroom apartment isnt affordable on Long Island. If there are any realtors on this message forum or anyone of some assistance i would appreciate it VERY much.I am going to go on career builder and search jobs in the animal field and try to contact whoever I have to.There are people coming to see our house this Friday at 5pm.We'd only have 30 days to go so im trying to get the ball rolling so we dont get *****ed.Please help if you can.We are responsible clean hardworking people. The grass has got to be greener anywhere but here.

If your coming to Charlotte I maybe able to help. The only thing is having the animals. Most of my clients rather not rent if the tenant has any animals.

Let me check for you to see if anyone would hold your pets for you... assuming you want to go this route.

We are looking to purchase a home.Because we know that mostly all places dont rent to animals.A woman we know just purchased in SC and it took her about a month or a little longer to complete everything, she just went down last friday.I know its going to take some time to do the whole thing. But we need to own. We've always rented and its SO unaffordable up here! You can't buy a shed for under 300k.Any help you could give would really help us out. Thanks so much

I mean, we'd take a 2 bedroom home as long as its fenced because of the dogs. And as long as it has a washer/dryer hook up.Anything right now.

Contact a lender and get pre-approved ASAP! There are a few around here that will chime in.

Dogcrazy if you are wanting to come to Charlotte I can help you.

A good guy that I use can be found at (broken link) its a countrywide mortgage broker. I believe you can send most of your info to him via his website.

Why not rent a house, many are fine with animals, and then take your time looking around? Just a thought.
