I am aware that there is another similar post.
I am also aware that Fayetteville does not have the most outstanding reputation.

Now that those points are out of the way.
My boyfriend is stationed at Ft. Bragg, I currently drive the 6 hours every weekend to visit. Come April my contractual position will end and I will have the opportunity to give up the long haul weekly for a more permanent solution. Moving to Fayetteville.

I have come to realize that rent is VERY affordable, likely due to the reputation of the city. Though... my dilemma is he has an eight month old Pit Bull Terrier - and when he deploys come September, she will be with me. Granted, she is afraid of everything, she was born into the "vicious breed" category and after calling majority of apartment complexes in the area-is not permitted to reside on grounds.

I am at this point considering renting a house, I will only be in the area until he returns from deployment so I do not want to buy.

I am searching for a web site, or information source with housing rentals listed. Or if anyone knows of any apartment complexes that DO allow pit bull terriers, that would be wonderful... *wishful thinking*. What is the best way to find home rentals?
