I visited Southern Pines and really liked the feel. Can anyone recommend child friendly neighborhoods in the town (I have five young children)?

A nice one with kids and lots of space is called James Creek. It is located off Indiana and backs up to the 500+ arcre state nature preserve Weymouth Woods.

Village at Blue Farm over by the airport is great. Been here for 12 years and wouldn't live anywhere else.
