Thought this might be good for a few pages. What NC product do you like and why? Where can you get it? Is it local, state wide or is it national?

Texas Pete hot sauce. Love the kick. It does no taste to vinegary. Made in Winston-Salem. Sold nationally. They have more products will open it for others.

Livermush; Macks and Jenkins, I prefer Jenkins.

Also, Sundrop and Cheerwine, although they are getting ready to go national.

Conrad & Hinkle Pimento Cheese is the best Pimento Cheese out there from same recipe establish from in 1940. I recommend when in Lexinton stop by Conrad Hinkles Grocery its small downtown original building pick up their chicken salad as well.

If you cant make it Lexington there stores through the triad area that do sell it. Here a list of locations

The House-Autry seafood and chicken breading products from Newton Grove, NC are good. They are typical of Southern cooking.
