Racing will return to the Cleveland County fairgrounds Saturday and will continue on a weekly basis. The track once hosted six NASCAR cup races.
Even Tuesday’s ribbon cutting, marking the return of racing to the fairgrounds, will be done big, featuring appearances from five NASCAR drivers that once took victory laps at the same site decades ago. The Cleveland County Chamber event will kick off that day at 5:30 p.m.
