Anyone know any ranges that allow full auto?

Depending on what part of the state you are located in. There is a place in Cary called PDHSC that rents full auto. I'm sure they would allow you to bring your own. Also, I used to go to a range in Grimesland that was pretty laid back. It's called Paradise Outdoors. He might allow full auto, but I'd ask first.

Try Shooters Express. They rent them but I'm not sure about BYO. They are in Belmont, NC

Drake Landing At Andrews Farm in Fuquay Varina has a range, but I'm not sure if they allow automatics. You'll have to contact them to find out.
