My wife and I put a bid on land in Conover.The bid was accepted on the land we would complete the sale if it passed the perk test.Well it didnt because the town said it was to rocky in the areas that we had the holes dug.i still have some time and we really like this lot.Does anyone have any suggestions?We called some soil people but they havent called back and we dont want to lose the land.
