Some of the Charlotte allocation of TIGER grant projects came in under contract, and there is now enough money to also extend Woodlawn Station to accomodate 3-car sets........I believe all Uptown stations, 485 and now Woodlawn can accomodate 3 cars. The Woodlawn extension is starting this year I believe

Charlotte vs. Raleigh?-image.jpg

Tower II in distance. Soon you should see 120 Dartmouth and A.C. Hotel cranes rising over buildings. Oh 100 Plaza in lot to left. The Cardinal behind me. Will update in a few months.

With some luck maybe Tower III might spring up. Could get lucky if so I'll be sure to share a pic of all 6

Atowwn, I swear Charlotte has the most comedians in the whole state. I thought this was a Charlotte vs Raleigh forum. The only thing that the Charlotte posters bring up is how much taller their buildings are, how much their buildings cost, and how many cranes they see in the sky. It is hilarious!!
