Two different incidents occurred on different nights, the first took place on 08/30/14, I was bitten by something which left whelps and a rash but I did not see what had done this. I stayed at this hotel again on 09/06/2014 when I was awaken by a sharp pain, I rose up and saw a large tan brown bug laying on my blood stained pillow, and a few others under the top-sheet. I captured a few in scotch tape, and packed my belongs to check out of the room. I showed the night clerk she in turn called the manager, and I was told it is late and nothing can be done so I left the hotel. I transport people and my job contracts this hotel, this incident broke my rest which not only is a danger to me but those I transport. The state health department warned if bedbugs become this visible then there is an infestation, which can easily spread especially any adjoining rooms. Guests beware!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my kids and my daughter woke up with bite marks all up and down her legs. After looking closer, I realized it was Bed Bugs....This hotel is crappy and I will NEVER stay here again! I also ate in the restaurant and the food tasted spoiled

My mentally ill son and I stayed at this motel during which time I was severely bitten by bed bugs. A Housekeeper informed me that management was well aware of a bed bug problem in the room ad was told not to rent it. I went to the hospital and contacted the County Health Department who came in a found a bed bug(s)the Department not only closed my rooms but and 6 other rooms.

I was a sleep when I felt a bite. I woke up to see what it was because I thought it was a spider. once I looked I saw a flat brown insect crawling. as I picked it up with tissue I smashed it and blood poured from it. it took me to smash it twice to completely kill it. I will contactsnagement in the am.

Bed bugs have been seen, documented, treated for unsuccessfully on more than three occasions since 2011 in this building/other buildings in immediate area. Management has called in different pest control companies even dogs and the problem keeps coming back, they blame residents, those residents leave they blame the new ones, ongoing problem in the BUILDING.....RUN away from here do not rent!!!
