Record lows this morning at Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro & Wilmington. RDU and Charlotte got down to 41, Greensboro down to 43, Wilmington down to 49. Winston-Salem got down to 40, with some area of the state down in the 30's.
CLT shattered the record low this morning at 41°. The old record was 45° set in 2005. Elizabeth City, Pittsburgh, and Eau Claire also hit record lows.
