anybody from troutman, mooresville. i am planning to buy a lot in the area . we are moving from ny.how are the prices/the market is still hot in that area.maybe we should wait until is cool off.how are the schools?and the economy?anybody nows any builder .how much they charge by sq ft?thank you ?
