You could try calling up this organization and asking for some referrals:

But be aware that if you get someone local to Western NC, there may be some conflict of interest if they represent or have dealings with the hospital (which may be very likely since there aren't many hospitals out there!). On the other hand, they should have a good feel for the local market.
A different option is to get a specialty specific contract person (not necessarily an attorney) to review it. I used one specific to ophthalmology. Even though he was based in Las Vegas, he reviews contracts from all over the country and has a broader view on whether offers are in line nationwide. He was very thorough and detailed and it helped in my negotiation. I got his name as a referral through a fellow physician.
