There's still plenty of waste in all levels of NC government.
Leave the tax as is, Maybe AA will leave some gates allowing other carriers in. Enlarging the market and creating lower prices because there will then be competition to fill those seats.

CLT isn't slot restricted like most major airports. In theory anyone can come in at any time. The attractiveness as a hub isn't the low amount of O&D traffic, it's the low costs. Something to keep in mind before raising costs. Every little bit helps/hurts!
