If You Read Kay Hagan's website and the Issues on her website, it's almost all about herself. And by contrast, they rarely mention Tillis or NC Republican leadership. And she mentions "bipartisan" several times
So to sum up that long post:

  • You don't like Tillis because he opposes what Obama/Hagan has done at almost every turn. He doesn't talk about himself.
  • You like Hagan because she presumably will continue to support Hagan/Obama who, doesn't even mention any of this, and only talks about herself.
Oddly, you don't seem to disagree about the broken Obama agenda. You list all those horrible bullets and don't say anything about them.

Your position isn't logical, but it is very partisan.

This is whats wrong with the country. Hagan is useless. China just passed the US as the biggest economy in the world. ISIS is predicted by some US generals to control almost all of Iraq in 2-3 weeks. Ebola is being jetted into the US. What do some of the posters here want? More of the beyond useless Hagan, borrow more money from China.

Did anyone here read George Orwell's 1984? Remember continuous war?

My position is partisan? Yet you feel the need to list "another Democrat" who was corrupt which has zero to do with Hagan.

And to Carlos Danger. That continuous war was against proxy faux war against enemies that never existed, really. And after 10 years of war (not counting before 2001), you want even more troops on the ground for... What, 50 years? I'm not saying ISIS is not a threat, but that we should be pragmatic about it and that a stable American economy is more vital to our security than peace in the middle east that doesn't seem to ever happen.

The GOP is trying to figure out a way to make Sen. Hagan look like she is weak on defense. The reality is the GOP wants us back in a ground war which is so complicated (Turks,Sunnis,Shia,Kurds) that they only can say we have to go there.

Mr. Tillis is all for backing us going back on the ground, based on his ad with someone saying lets go back in. Mr Tillis will send our family members to be killed when the Iraq army walks off the field.

With the events involving the Turks today, The Pres is right on track on this one. Keep our troops out of that mess.

Sen Hagan has the best interests of NC in mind, while Mr Tillis has nothing in mind, his record shows it.

But it's Obama, the one who won the Nobel Peace Prize, who is now dropping bombs on the 7th Arab country since he took office. Each time he does this, he leaves behind a bigger mess than was ever there to start with. And a lot more people who will hate us for it. It's stupid to believe that bombing alone will change things.

Sure the GOP would likely do it too. I've said many times in this topic there is no difference between the GOP & Democrats where it matters. The folly is in believing otherwise. If you are really against these pointless wars, where the motivation has nothing to do with protecting the world against terrorists, then you will vote for a 3rd party.

Let's leave general national politics discussion out of this thread except when it relates to the politicians that are up for this mid term election. The topic of the thread.

You really should back this up instead of spending the majority of your time zinging one party over the other... You fall into the partisan trap of pointing out cliches you'd read on any right wing blog about the POTUS, sitting Dems, previous Dems, et al - so it's disingenuous to add this afterthought that there's no difference "where it matters". You either don't really believe that or just like to continue stirring the partisan pot.

The GOP candidates are not better in the big picture. Tillis is not going to do a "better job" than Hagan with the real issues facing the state or the country.

NC media outlets are still sitting on the Hagan stimulus money funneled to her husband and family. National news sources have picked it up but in NC nothing..........crickets.
