Not describing this effort or narrowing the question with more specifics
or just addressing the question about your county is the annoying part.

If anyone had the solid simple answer you seek it would have been offered by now.
Offhand, I'd say there isn't solid simple answer to be found.

You need specific help with a specific situation in a specific location
and that COUNTY office in your County is the place to find it.

I am sorry that I do not understand what I found on Google, I amy not be as amart as some. I was unable to interpret it. So just so you know I did Google it. Was just hoping for. Little help.

Call the Alamance County Inspections Department at 336-570-4057 and tell them you live in an apartment complex with no handicapped parking and ask who can help you get handicapped parking installed.

I agree with contacting the Alamance County Inspections Department as someone just suggested you do.

If they are not helpful, you may want to call Legal Aid of North Carolina. They may be able to provide some assistance or point you to people who can.
