Ok...if that's what is requested then I guess we can post a complete rundown of every city. I just didn't think it was necessary and wondered if that was the intention of the thread.

Maybe not a complete rundown, but a good overall idea of what's going on in NC's biggest cities. Not comparing each city in any way.

It seems easier to keep up with this way IMO. For example I had no idea that there was that much going on in Greensboro. The Greenway around downtown is quite impressive. Before it was posted in this thread I had never heard about it.

I can give a good rundown on what is going on in Raleigh/Triangle because I live here. Just as you can give a better rundown about the Triad. That was pretty much the point of the thread.

This is a good rundown of what's going on in Raleigh.

Do Business Here :: Developments :: Downtown Raleigh

These last two have been floating around for a while. Now they seem to be picking up a little steam.

The Ark Royal

E. Martin

This one has been floating around it seems forever. It looks like it will actually happen. Maybe soon.

The Raleigh Connoisseur (May 5, 2015) - Hilton Garden Inn on Davie Street Rendering, Shows Glass and Curves

Lot more going on just outside Downtown on Hillsborough Street and in Cameron Village. I'll post later on those areas. Along with an update on Downtown. Some new info should be coming in a week or so. I hope.

Looks like Greensboro has some nice looking projects. I need to get up there some time to check it out.

Northwood Ravin next up for city tract
The city of Charlotte has received another upset bid for an uptown parcel it owns at the intersection of Caldwell and Stonewall streets.
Charlotte apartment firm Northwood Ravin has agreed to pay $14.15 million for the 3.76-acre tract, according to Tony Korolos, director of the city’s real estate division. The firm is planning a project up to eight stories tall featuring 400 apartment units and 50,000 square feet of office and retail space, he says.

Ugh only 8 stories lol. That's a prime location off of 277. You would think developers would go all out with all that visibility.
