Hello, I live in NC in the Raleigh area and have just bought a plot of land and wish to downsize and build a small barn to live in. Basically I want an 800 sq ft room with a mezzanine. All the electricity will be on the outside of the walls in metal tubing as well as the AC and the plumbing. It will have a very warehouse look from the inside, with a nice stove in the middle. I was curious If anyone had built a normal house recently around here and what were the prices for prepping the land, putting down the cement and driveway, the electricity, plumbing (getting attached to the sewer) and getting hooked up to the electricity. This would give me a good idea what to look forward to. The plot I purchased is small and there are no trees to remove. Thank you.
